LAKE MICHIGAN SALMON FISHING REPORT: June 30th, 2009

June 30thMuskegon fishing on the upper river with Greg and Grant another very successful trip, the boy's landed some of the biggest fish in the last 3 weeks. The river fishing is really good right now.

June 27thMichigan fishing out of Muskegon today was good we landed 6 Salmon and 1 Trout.

June 24th,Lake Michigan fishing today was extremely hot one of the fish landed was a beautiful 12lb Steelhead,really enjoyed fishing with the Holley family.

June 23rd,Fly fishing the Muskegon river with Kevin

had a great time, landed a bunch of rainbows.

June 14th,Fished Lake Michigan today with Mike and Kim from Indiana it was another beautiful day Salmon fishing on the Great Lakes,it was great fishing with you guys I really enjoyed it.

June 13th,Lake Michigan trip today with Gary and crew had a beautiful day on the water and landed 8 nice one's

June 12th, 2009 Fished with Jim and Kevin today we landed 8 Salmon majority of the fish were caught in 145 to 165 fow. The preferred colors today were green,yellow,orange and gold. The conditions were perfect.

May 25th Fished with Mike today landed some nice Bass and some dandy Bluegills. Beautiful day on the water.

May 15th Michigan Salmon fishing with Mike produced a limit catch of Salmon. Fish were up to 15lbs looking very healthy, tomarrow taking Mike Muskegon River fishing for Steelhead. Mike is seeing the best of Michigan fishing.

MUSKEGON RIVER STEELHEAD FISHING REPORT: June 30th, 2009

Today:Muskegon River Steelhead Fishing is starting to peak, the water continues to be exellent. We are seeing many chrome Steelhead entering the system. Egg flys,stone flys,Spawn are fishing well.Fish are on the gravel and the runs this week are loaded.

June 20thMuskegon river fishing with Dave and the boy's from Texas had a non stop fish catching day, with over 75 Trout caught and released, it was a fun day for the guy's, and I had a great time fishing with the family for 2 day's, look forward to next time.

May 16th Muskegon river Steelhead trip with Mike from West Virginia had a great day on the river with minimal boat traffic Mike landed a dandy Brown Trout with several Rainbows and had a few Steelhead hooked up, there are still alot of Steelhead in the river system so there is plenty of time to get a last minute trip in.

May 13th Today we fished and landed 7, the water conditions are perfect.

May 9th Muskegon river Steelhead fishing with Rob today we landed 3 nice Steelhead.

May 1st Capt.Art went Brook Trout fishing and landed some beauties with one a whopping 15.5" and over 2 lbs.

April 25th Muskegon river trip with Jim landed 15, got wet but the fishing was hot.

April 24th Michigan Steelhead fishing with Al and Cabe was a success with Cabe landing his limit of Steelhead and Al landing one, we switched stategies and it proved to be successful putting 4 nice ones in the cooler.

20th One of our guides Tom Taylor reported on the Muskegon River today that in the first 3 hours 4 fresh Steelies were hooked-up in the mid river. The 3 day rain will bring the bulk of Steelhead into the upper river.

April 7thMuskegon river Steelhead trip with Ennis and Chris landed 4 chrome Steelhead.
